Situated in the Village of Avon Lake, County of Lorain, and State of Ohio, and known as being the Westerly 40 feet of Sub-lot No. 21 in Yoder Subdivision No. 2, of part of Original Avon Township Section No. 19, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 22 of Maps, Page 18 of Lorain County Records and being a parcel of land 40 feet on the Northerly side of Electric Blvd., and extending back of equal width 150 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
